How do I cancel my protection policy?

You can cancel your policy by phoning us on 03456 00 14 02 or writing to us at Aegon, Edinburgh Park, Edinburgh, EH12 9SE.

If you write to us, the letter will need to be signed by the policyholder(s). If the policy is owned by a company, the cancellation request would need to be on company headed paper and signed by a company official other than the insured person (such as a company director, company secretary or finance director).

Your adviser can also cancel your policy on your behalf. Before cancelling your policy, we recommend that you speak to your adviser.
