Can you offer Simply Life to someone who's tested positive for HIV or hepatitis B or C?

No. We can't offer Simply Life if someone:

  • has tested positive for HIV or hepatitis B or C; or
  • is waiting for the results of a HIV or hepatitis B or C test.

If someone has had a HIV test and the result was negative, the fact of having a HIV test won't, in itself, affect acceptance for insurance.
