Yes. Simply Life is unsuitable if you have, at any time, been diagnosed with, investigated for, or received medical advice for any of the following:

• heart attack, angina or any other heart condition;
• chest pain;
• palpitations;
• any abnormality of the pulse;
• heart valve disease;
• stroke;
• brain haemorrhage;
• cancer;
• a tumour;
• Hodgkin's disease;
• lymphoma;
• leukaemia;
• multiple sclerosis;
• paralysis;
• any neurological disorder;
• diabetes;
• any kidney or liver disorder; or
• mental illness requiring hospitalisation or referral to a psychiatrist.
