Plan View

Our secure online valuation service, Plan View, makes it easy for you to check on your investments at any time. It lets you:

• access your investment portfolio(s) 24 hours a day, seven days a week
• view a valuation and summary of your portfolio
• check your portfolio terms and details
• read your quarterly statements
• change your address

To access Plan View, you need to register for our online services.

How to register

To register for online services, you need an authorisation code.

You can request an authorisation code by visiting our online services log-in page and selecting 'Request an authorisation code'.

Once you've completed the fields on this screen, we'll send you a letter with your new authorisation code and instructions on how to complete your registration.

When you receive this letter, you can complete the registration process. You'll also be asked to provide the following information:

• your plan number (you'll find this on the documents you received in your welcome pack)
• your date of birth
• authorisation code
